Jonah has homebrewed a number of items for the game that don't appear in the Pokemon5e material.

Beautifly Bolo Tie of Floating

Gives Oscar the ability Levitate. He just hovers a few inches off the ground at all times now. Sold by Lana Lamant in Bolete City's Poké Place Market.

Bespoké Balls

These new and exclusive Balls have custom appearances and special effects. They are created by Kailyn the Poké Ball crafter in Enoki Village.

Boxing Gloves

A well-kept pair of antique boxing gloves worn by Beckers, formerly held by Rocky "Stallone Sylvester" the Machop, a famous boxer. Once per day, these gloves will let Beckers add her proficiency bonus to a punch-related move. Sold by Frederick van Heusen at Frederick van Heusen's Fine Mittens and Gloves and Paraphernalia and Other (You Just Need to Know the Right Password) in Bolete City's Poké Place Market.

Fancy Beret

A beautiful, soft, fuzzy, red beret worn by Sealy. It looks very French and goes perfectly with her scarf. It gives Sealy advantage on Performance and Persuasion checks. Sold by Xavier in Bolete City's Poké Place Market.

Key Item Capsule

Similar to Poké Balls, these containers can suck up and store items that are inconvenient to carry. Jonah describes this as a solution to the mystery of how your bike, your fishing rod, and other large items fit in your Bag in the video games. The first capsule seen is used for transporting Pearl's SS Speedmeister bike. The second is used for storing the heavy metal case that contains the Odd Keystone. Mason also keeps his bike in an item pod.

Non-Combatant Scarf

This scarf was given to Pearl by the Enoki professors so that she can keep her partner Pokémon Sealy with her at all times. While holding the scarf a Pokémon cannot participate in any battles, but that Pokémon does not count towards their Trainer's available slots.

Wishing Star

A Shadow Pokémon holding a Wishing Star has advantage on saving throws against going into Hyper Mode. After holding a Wishing Star for a full day, the Pokémon that's holding it gets to automatically clear half a Shadow meter bar in addition to any other purifying effects.

Ted Astaire's Top Hat[]

A beautiful black top hat with a golden band formerly worn by famous Old Hollywood Gallade Ted Astaire. It gives Fanta the ability Tangled Feet, giving attacks against him disadvantage when he is confused. Sold by Machiathas at Goomin Bros. in Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Reacher Poe's Cap aka the Spitball Cap[]

This vintage baseball cap was formerly worn by Reacher Poe, who was known for throwing the best spitball in the league (Which league? Don't worry about it). It allows Toofus to add a 20 ft range to his melee attacks. Sold by Machiathas at Goomin Bros. in Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Tail Cap[]

A flannel child's tent worn on the tip of Dwayne's tail. Once per day, it allows him to take half damage from a Fire or Ice-type move. Sold by Chuck Forrester at Chuck Forrester's Outdoor-a-Palooza in the parking lot of Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Sharp-Looking Earrings[]

A pair of knife-like earrings that Elle wears on her long ear. They allow her to use her Dexterity instead of Strength on her claw-based attacks. Sold by Chuck Forrester at Chuck Forrester's Outdoor-a-Palooza in the parking lot of Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Friendship Bracelets[]

A sweet pair of beaded bracelets that Sealy and Zilla wear. They grant advantage on Charidma saving throws - Zilla's is ongoing, while Sealy's works once per day. Sold by Sheri at Gullivan's in Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Shiny Performance Ball[]

A beautiful translucent blue bouncy ball for Sealy to use for her various routines. Once per day, it grants a bonus to a Performance roll equal to her Proficiency Bonus. Sold by Sheri at Gullivan's in Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Princely Cape[]

A deep purple cosplay cape worn by Prince Hal. Once per day, it allows him to take half damage from a Rock or Ground-type move. Sold by Jynx (or Valerie when she's not working) at Jynx Gems in Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Queen Bee's Crown[]

The most gorgeous and beautiful crown you've ever seen, worn by George Foreman. It allows her to use available Vespiquen-exclusive "Order" moves once per short rest even if she doesn't know them. Sold by Jynx (or Valerie when she's not working) at Jynx Gems in Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.

Fire (Type) Nation Shoes[]

Two sets of pauldron-like kids' cosplay items that have a Fire Nation motif. Tangerine wears them on her ankles instead of her shoulders because... horse. On a natural roll of 17+, her melee attacks do an extra 1d6 electric damage. Sold by Chet at Hot Poké in Chantarelle City's Lake City Center.
